How to add it

Gmail: Settings ⚙ → See all settings → General tab → scroll to Signature → create a new signature → click the signature box and press Ctrl/Cmd+V (paste). The formatted version copies straight in.

Outlook: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → under Email signature, create a new one and paste. If formatting is stripped, toggle the code view (</>) and paste the HTML code instead.

Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures → click the signature text and paste.
